		<description><![CDATA[<p>you will need:<br />
a metall clothes hanger( that has been puled apart to a square)<br />
scissors<br />
OLD paper sraps<br />
bowl<br />
water<br />
mixer<br />
old stocking leg<br />
<br />
1. stretch and tie the stocking leg over the hanger<br />
2.mix up water and paper scraps to a pulp with the mixer<br />
3.pore in bowl or bucket<br />
4.lower the hanger stocking<br />
down<br />
5. soon a little pulp will be on the stocking, take it out spred pulp and let dry overnight on a heater<br />
6. the next day peel of and the first sheet is born(if you want more u need more hangers)<br />
so its that simple!<br />
try it you could stick the paper on a card ,use as a tag ,make bookmark ect.<br />
if you want it to colourful (food colouring)or for it to have glitter add this when you mix the pulp.</p>
